Our Law Firm has been operating since 1988. Originally it had the form of a limited liability company, but when the regulations changed and the ban on providing legal services by capital companies was imposed, our law firm changed its legal form to the current one.

The events of the late 1980s, when Poland regained her economic freedom, have shaped the profile and credo of our legal practice. Our Law Firm is dedicated to providing legal assistance to commercial clients to solve all of their (day-to-day and strategic) business problems. We also provide regulatory advisory services in the process of drafting parliament bills, which determine the systemic environment for the functioning of specific lines of business.

We treat each client individually and therefore we enjoy the confidence of small and middle-sized companies as well as big investors. Some of our major clients are regularly ranked on the list of Poland's 500 largest companies. We also work for global European and U.S. corporations.

All told our Law Firm employs 31 people and regularly cooperates with tax consultants and other law firms from across Poland. In 2010 we were invited to join and then accepted as a member of JCA International, www.jca-lawyers.com. In existence since 1995, this organisation associates legal firms from most European countries. Each European state is represented by one law firm. The honour of representing Poland has fallen to our team. Through JCA International, we are able to offer an extensive network of contacts, the knowledge of local law and legal practice. As a result, we are in a position to ensure legal assistance in 18 countries.
